This inviting home will have a single occupancy room available for rent for a 12-month lease beginning in the Summer of 2024.  Monthly rent starts at $950 plus utilities for gas, electric, trash, water/waste, and internet access.  A Security Deposit of $1000 is due at the signing of the lease. We require the renter to have their own renters insurance to protect them from theft or loss.  No pets allowed.  If you want to discuss this further, we are excited to hear from you!  We will provide an application (Fee required) and will conduct a background check prior to the move-in date.
